As such, all clients who choose to take up our ongoing subscription and support packages (see Hosting Subscription and Ongoing support for more information), ongoing training is a key feature of all our tools.
Initial training in our applications is included in the development price of your web site development*. For many of our custom CRM solutions, training is also included in the initial development price² (unless specifically discounted).
In addition to our initial training session (conducted in our office, at your office or remotely via GO TO MEETING) we also have a member area of our website - just for clients where they can access

- The opportunity to book a place at our monthly inhouse training session (The great news is, that these in-house sessions are for customers only and are 'FREE' as part of your annual subscription and support arrangment.)
