Access Group Training have been a long term client of Bosweb Systems and after attending a Bi-monthly Information Session, the Managing Director soon realised the company’s recent expansion could be managed more efficiently using this new platform and additional customised web applications. 

With the organisation covering a vast area, a mini -Intranet was built within the Member Area, providing Employers and Employees with the ability to log in and access information remotely.

An extensive Course Search was built using a visual Custom Web Application, allowing Learners to submit their requests and tailor their training needs.  E-Learning has also been integrated providing Learners with the latest way to work with distance education technologies, providing flexibility and convenience in a non-threatening environment.  These courses may be booked and paid for using the Online Booking System which provides the user with a secure payment gateway and electronic reminders in regard to their selected course.

With current enrolments in excess of 3000 trainees, AGT have utilised the Email Marketing System which allows them a very cost effective way of communicating with their large database.  This System also allows the administrators to slice and dice their database with targeted information sent to Learners, Employers and Employees. Reports may be generated on open rates, along with links to the website, bounce backs and unsubscibes.  Social Media is also featured, allowing AGT to Tweet out up to minute information for School Leavers and Employers.  Regular posts are added to their Facebook Fan Page, keeping fans breast of the latest in the training world.
