This Galaxy Package showcases the store in a Slideshow Image Banner, providing streamlined images of the extensive range of products and services available. 

A Hover Tool has been embedded which magnifies the images, providing the shopper with the benefit of a clearer view.  As there are in excess of two hundred products the Search tool allows easy navigation of the site. The Up selling/Cross-selling feature has been added which allows the store to band products together, providing the opportunity to maximise sales. 

Email Marketing will allow the B& B Team to communicate with their customer base, sending regular updates to their retail and trade clients.  The system also increases email deliverability and decreases spam. Reports may be generated on open rates, along with links to the website, bounce backs and unsubscibes. This form of electronic communication will be used in conjunction with their hard copy catalogue drop, providing a very cost effective way of marketing their business.

Search Engines have been optimised by the placement of Suppliers and Products listed alphabetically in the footer.  This encourages Google to pick up references to B and B Lighting above their competitors, when browsers are looking for these items.

The B& B Team have received extensive training as part of the Development and will continue to receive 1hour of Technical Support per month as part of their  Software + Subscription PRO Plan. 

They will also benefit from regular In-House Seminars and eNewsletters which focus on maximising the features available to them through their Galaxy Package.

Working with the team from Bosweb on City online project proved a very positive experience.  As a client I always felt that the team was very proactive in wanting to understand my needs - and responding to requests that I had.
