A modern new look for an organisation deep in history promotes the ETU of Australia in a streamlined web presence providing the viewer with user friendly features and enhancements.

With a current membership in excess of 70,000 it was important that information on the new website be current and reliable.  This was made possible with the integration of a customised widget which automatically filters in up-to- the –minute information from various sources.

Social Media tools also play an important role in the organisation with Business Pages being set up for Facebook & Twitter with Like & Tweet buttons placed on every page.  Videos have been uploaded through You-tube and enhanced with the integration of a Modal Dialogue Popup.

The Email Marketing System will allow the media department to slice and dice their lists sending targeted newsletters to both Delegates and Members.  Reports may be accessed which will provide statistics on read rates, bounces and unsubscriptions. Newsletters may be stored as Blogs, allowing viewers to access past information as required.

As part of this Project, Bosweb Systems partnered with the ETU Team assisting with content preparation speeding up the Project.
